Year 1:
Establish our current organization and make it self reliant. Have the slum dwellers take ownership and run the various components
Any financial support (every penny counts) will be welcome........
Years 2-3:
Upon stabilizing the program above, we plan on opening up our own “ashram” which will be a secure, stable home for destitute women and widows and their children with living accommodation, rooms to conduct training, eating facilities, a garden where food can be grown, a place of worship, a clinic visited by a doctor daily, and a playground and a school/playschool for the children
Year 4 onwards:
Expand to other slums (at least 4 more) in the NCR region and other parts of the country
